SMIP - Education Management Information System for Pre-university Education
SMIP (Sistemi i Menaxhimit të Informacionit Arsimor) is a national educational data management system for the pre-university education system. It aims to digitize the traditional paper-based processes by establishing a digital environment and an electronic record of grades and attendance.
With SMIP, teachers can input grades and attendance through the mobile application, enabling real-time updates of students' educational data. This allows for efficient and accurate monitoring of student progress.
Meanwhile, parents/legal guardians can track their child's overall progress, including grades and comments from teachers, as well as attendance records, through the application. They can choose to receive notifications via email or SMS for every grade or absence recorded for their child.
SMIP provides a centralized platform for managing educational data, enhancing communication between teachers, parents, and students. It offers convenience and transparency in accessing and monitoring students' academic performance.
